Can I send in photos with my tape?

1 DVD is included. Additional DVDs may be ordered for $15 each.
What if I have an older camera?
We’re capable of converting older (analog) footage to a digital format. Send us your contact information and we’ll be happy to get you a quote for this conversion. Once it’s been converted, your footage will be processed the same way as all other flashbacks.
What if I don’t have a camera?
No problem. We’ll be happy to lend you one of ours. A $250 deposit will be reimbursed when you return the camera assuming its in the same condition.
What if I have older footage I want you to edit?
A lot of people have this question. In addition to creating flashbacks for specific events in your life, we also create flashbacks that span a person’s life or maybe just one special year. Our fee is the same regardless and gets you the same services no matter how long a period of time your footage spans. $199, plus any additional conversion fees if necessary.
What if I wanna use your storyboards but not your services?
Be our guest, the storyboards are meant to help everyone shoot better home movies.
How many hours of footage can I send in?
You may send in as many hours as you like, but the basic flashback package for $199 allows you to send in up to one hour of digital footage only, each additional hour will be billed at the same rate in 15 minute increments.
What kind of music can I select for my movie?
Tell us what you like, tell us your favorite songs for inspiration.
How long is a typical flashback?
We’ve found that anything longer than 10 minutes tends to lose a viewer’s interest, so our goal at flashback is to keep a movie between 5 and 10 minutes. Don’t forget that you get all the original footage back on DVD as well, so if you wanna spend more time with it on your own, you’ve still got the option.
Do I get the entire hour of footage back on dvd?
Yes, and you’ll be able to use all the functions that your dvd player allows when watching your raw footage.
